The existing 6-storey building at 156 Front Street West is designated under Part V of the Ontario Heritage Act. They propose to retain and incorporate the facade on the south and east side and rebuilt part of the return walls of the building into the new podium.
The development will be home to a 65-storey residential tower (234 meters) and a 54-storey office tower (222 meters) with one common podium and 6 levels below grade parking.
The new buildings at 156-174 Front Street West and 43-51 Simcoe Street will contain a total of 620 condo units (62 bachelor, 434 one bedroom and 124 two bedroom) and 105,250 square meters of office/retail space.

156 Front Street West is located in the Financial District at the south-west corner of Front Street West and Simcoe Street. Steps to fine dining, cafes, Air Canada Centre, Metro Toronto Convention Centre, theatres & hotels including the new Trump Tower Toronto.
The podium of 156 Front Street West will provide retail use. PATH connections will be reviewed.
